"Ceramo Company is the only U.S. owned domestic manufacturer of standard red clay pottery. Founded by Vernon Kasten, Sr. in 1945. Vernon Kasten, Jr. is currently President of Ceramo Company. The rich Missouri clay has been used by the Kasten family since 1895 to manufacture bricks. Ceramo currently operates one manufacturing facility (Jackson, Missouri) and two distribution centers (Jackson, MO and West Chicago, IL) to provide service to our customers.
Ceramo has embarked on a major modernization program that will increase standard clay pottery production.
