Sandi Hillerman McDonald with Hillermann Nursery & Florist
Sandi is one of the second-generation family members who now run Hillermann Nursery and Florist. Her extensive experience started with learning and working at the nursery as she was growing up. She has been an official employee since 1970. Sandi has a degree in Ornamental Horticulture and is an Advanced Missouri Nurseryman Plant Professional. Having a Pesticide Technician License enables her to be helpful with recommendations for pest problems. She enjoys socializing with customers and offering expert advice on all aspects of the business. Water gardening, container gardening, and shade gardening are some of her specialties. When she is not at work, Sandi enjoys family time, spoiling her grandchildren, taking care of her many pets, and singing.

Steve Cissel is a Home and Garden veteran of more than 25 years. He has served the industry with leadership positions in local, regional and national associations. Known in the Home and Garden industry as an 'Internet Marketing Expert', Steve has spoken at the CanWest Horticultural Trade Show in Vancouver, British Columbia; the ANLA Management Clinic in Louisville, Kentucky; the Retail Experience in Cleveland, Ohio; and the Chesapeake Green Educational Event in Baltimore, Maryland. He covers such topics as web site design, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and Effective Internet Advertising.
Steve is a graduate of Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture. Steve, his wife Karen and their two boys are active members of Mt. Airy Bible Church in Mt. Airy, Maryland.
